The Party like a Pro contest period ends September 1 ,2016
ELIGIBILITY:
All Associates including, Single State Plan, All State Plan (including Heroes Program) and Residual Fundraising Program
Associates who reside in the United States of America (collectively “Associates”) are eligible to earn rewards from this promotion.
QUALIFICATION:
The winner of the Party Like a Pro contest will be the Associate who has the most personally sponsored associates who
register for PowerUP! 2016 by September 1st. The winner will be announced on September 15th.
PROMOTION REWARD:
The Party Like a Pro winner will get to stay in the Gaylord National Harbor’s sumptuous Platinum Concept Suite with balcony on Thursday through Saturday night of PowerUP! 2016. The winner will also be the host of an invitation-only party for up
to 50 of their guests on Friday night starting at 10:00. Party comes complete with a personal bartender and $1,000 food and
drink tab. The total value of this prize is $7,000.
Any Associate who earns the reward via this promotion must be an active Associate in good standing with Viridian at the
time the promotion reward is paid. Viridian reserves the right to withhold final approval of all earners pending verification of
compliance with all Policies & Procedures and contest rules. All prizes will be awarded as stated. Viridian reserves the right
to withhold promotion rewards until the completion of the contest period. The value of the prizes will be considered taxable
income to the winners, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the earners. Prizes are non-transferable. Viridian reserves
the right to interpret the rules and prizes at its sole discretion, and all Viridian decisions shall be final. In the event that any

Associates who reside in the United States of America (collectively “Associates”) are eligible to earn rewards from this promotion.
QUALIFICATION:
Associates who reserve a hotel room at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center within the Viridian room block
for Friday and Saturday night will be automatically entered into a raffle eligible for this promotion “Qualified Associate”. The
winner will be drawn on September 15th.
PROMOTION REWARDS:
The Life of Luxury contest winner will get to stay in the Gaylord National Harbor’s luxurious Presidential Suite on Thursday
through Saturday night of PowerUP! 2016. The winner will also receive a $300 Spa/Hotel Gift Certificate. The total value of
this prize is $6,300.
