VIRIDIAN CAR PROGRAM RULES (unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized Viridian Network Officer): You may purchase your Audi at any dealership you choose. The vehicle purchase or
lease agreement will be between you and the dealership. Do not complete the purchase or lease agreement until you have received authorization from Viridian Network. No payments under the Viridian
Network Monthly Car Allowance Program will be made to you until all of the following have occurred: (a) You have taken possession of your vehicle; (b) We have received a copy of the completed vehicle
lease or vehicle purchase agreement between you and the dealer; (c) We have received the fully signed and dated Addendum that will be sent to you; and (d) we have received a digital photo of you with
your Viridian Network vehicle wearing your Viridian Network logo clothing and your testimonial about how it feels to have earned your Audi. Only one car allowance will be paid per business. Members in
a qualifying LLC or partnership will not be afforded more than payment. For complete details and terms and conditions of the Viridian Network Monthly Car Allowance Program, please refer to the Car
Allowance Program qualification letter you will receive upon qualification.
