All existing Executive Directors (ED) and above as of August 2014 are eligible to earn
a Land Package (meals, double occupancy room, and event) by simply maintaining
their rank of ED or above during the Contest Period (Sept. 1 – Nov. 30, 2014).
RANK UP for the first time to Lead Director, Senior Director or Executive Director
and you can earn portions or ALL of your retreat expenses paid as outlined in the
Promotional Rewards section on page one.

DIRECTOR CHALLENGE:
Associates achieving Director for the first time during the Contest Period will receive
an exclusive invitation to the Leadership Retreat, a Double Occupancy Land Package
valued at $495 and a $50 Visa Gift Card. PLUS, the upteam Director or above will
receive a $250 bonus at the event. Associates are eligible regardless of join date, and
must add two new Consultant lines during the contest period. The new Consultants
must have a join date in 2014.

Earning Associates must be present at the Leadership Retreat 2015 to receive Promotional Rewards. All Associates who earn bonuses via
this promotion must be an active Associate in good standing with Viridian at the time the promotion bonuses are paid. Viridian reserves
the right to withhold final approval of all winners pending verification of compliance with all Policies & Procedures and contest rules.
All prizes will be awarded as stated. The value of the prizes will be considered taxable income to the winners, and all taxes are the sole
responsibility of the earners. Prizes are non-transferable. Viridian reserves the right to interpret the rules and prizes at its sole discretion,
and all Viridian decisions shall be final. In the event that any of the winners are a corporation, Limited Liability Company, or partnership,
said entity shall be entitled to one prize.
**Guests may not purchase a hotel buy-in only as a standalone package per hotel stipulations. All rates listed above do not include applicable taxes that will be applied to the
charge upon payment. Extended room reservations must be made directly with the Crystal Springs Resort. Guest tickets purchased can only be used for your life or business
partner listed on your recognition ranked account.

CONTEST RULES:
Single State Plan, All-States Plan (including Heroes Program), and Residual Fundraising Program Associates
who are eligible for Promotional Pay at the time Promotion Rewards are earned (collectively “Eligible
Associates”) are eligible. Directors and above who have at least one newly formed Director line and all
Lead Directors and above who have not rank advanced during the Contest Period but are in good standing
with Viridian Energy are invited to attend Leadership Retreat (“Invited Associates”). Invited Associates are
eligible to earn Promotional Rewards when they qualify. All Executive Directors and above who have not
rank advanced during the Contest Period (“Existing Executive Director and above”) are eligible to earn
Promotional Rewards when they qualify.
QUALIFICATION TO EARN PROMOTIONAL REWARDS:
Eligible Associates must rank advance for the first time to Director or above during the Contest Period.
Associates Promoting to Director during the Contest Period must have two (2) new Consultant Lines in
their organization. The new Consultant in each line must achieve or surpass Consultant for the first time
during the Contest Period. The new Consultant or above in the line must have a Join Date of 1/1/2014
or after. Eligible Associate must maintain their Paid-As Rank through the close of the Contest Period.
Invited Associates may earn Promotion Rewards for each Director Line built in their Organization during
the Contest Period. Existing Executive Directors and above may qualify for Promotional Rewards by
maintaining the Paid-As Rank of Executive Director or above for the duration of the Contest Period.
PROMOTIONAL REWARDS:
Eligible Associates that advance in rank will be granted Promotional Rewards based on the Paid-As ranks
achieved during the Contest Period. Associates who advance multiple Paid-As titles for the first time during
the Contest period will earn Promotional Rewards for each Rank advancement achieved. Directors who are
not included as “Invited Associates” will be extended an invite to Leadership Retreat should they be eligible
for an Upteam Match on the Director Challenge.
Earning Associates must be present at the Leadership Retreat 2015 to receive Promotional Rewards. All Associates who earn bonuses via
this promotion must be an active Associate in good standing with Viridian at the time the promotion bonuses are paid. Viridian reserves
