Disabled (hereinafter IAFD)
by the President Alexander Filimonov, acting on the basis of
the
Constitution, with this Letter of attorney authorizes
Dieter Spannagel, member of the IAFD, passport 933814839,
to carry out on behalf of IAFD the following powers:
to represent the IAFD in Germany in order to promote the effective development
of Armsport for persons with disabilities in Germany.
He is the only and the main representative of the IAFD in Germany.
Letter of attorney is not entrust the above powers to other persons, and is
valid for a period of three years.
