Chassis
The chassis is the base of a long
lasting sprayer. The design of the
NK chassis provides for a centre
of gravity that is both low and
close to the tractor. The design
furthermore offers easy service
accessibility. The NK chassis is
zinc-phosphate treated before
being coated with stove-hardened
polyester powder paint.

Tank
The high-impact polyethylene tank has a
deep sump that ensures complete emptying of the tank. The design maximises
liquid agitation as well as ensuring easy
and efficient tank cleaning. The top
mounted suction filter is safe and easy
for the operator to perform routine
maintenance.

Quick Hitch
The Quick Hitch (cat.II) is an integrated part of the chassis and
ensures easy and safe attachment to the tractor. To secure
the sprayer attachment, the
Quick Hitch is locked by safety
hooks at the lower attachment
points.
Tank
The high-impact polyethylene tank
has a deep sump that ensures
complete emptying of the tank on
slopes. The design ensures easy
and efficient tank cleaning with
the use of a tank flushing nozzle.
QuickHitch
Chassis
The MASTER chassis is made in
high tensile steel; the basis of a
long lasting sprayer. The design
makes sure that the weight is
close to the tractor and the centre of gravity is low. Integrated
support legs stabilise the sprayer
safely on the ground when not in
use. The pump is mounted on the
rear frame of the chassis, providing easy service access, and the
PTO is not widely angled when
the sprayer is lifted up.

Safe chemical handling
HARDI’s new series of Vortex chemical fillers
gives higher capacity and a safer handling of
chemicals. The latest innovations, the ChemFiller
and the TurboFiller, use the liquid at high pressure to create a powerful rotation. Powder and
liquid chemicals are mixed before they are sucked
into the tank via the powerful ejector system.
