JOBMETOO – WHY WE LIKED IT
It was a seed investment, no metrics available. Decision based on other
parameters:
- Market: niche, but sufficiently big in Italy and other countries with similar
conditions (size, regulation, etc.)
- Competition: modest, the job disability vertical is currently underserved by
the major generalist players (e.g. Monster, InfoJobs) and not professionally
served by the specialty players
- Business model: proven (by the generalists on traditional recruiting), low risk
- Team: well balanced, with specific experience in the disability market
- Social impact: important if joined with a sustainable business
