1 Attach TV Bracket
For TVs with a flat/unobstructed back
Ensure that the bracket is level on the back of the TV. Standard configurations are shown. If you need extra space to accommodate cables, recesses, or
protrusions, see the installation option that uses spacers. For special applications, or if you are uncertain about your hardware selection, contact Customer
Service.

1 Attach TV Bracket

Ensure that the bracket is level on the back of the TV. Standard configurations are shown. For special applications, or if you are uncertain about your hardware

2 Mount the Wall Plate

Locate stud. Verify the center of the stud with an awl or
thin nail or use an edge to edge stud finder.
CAUTION: To avoid potential injuries or property
damage:
Ù Any material covering the wall must not exceed 16
mm (5/8 in.).
Ù Minimum wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in. (nominal
1.5 x 3.5 in.)
Level the wall plate [01] and mark the hole locations.

Drill pilot holes as illustrated.
CAUTION: To avoid potential injuries or property
damage: Pilot holes MUST be drilled to a depth of 63.5
mm (2½ in.), using a 5.5 mm (7/32 in.) diameter drill bit.

Tighten the lag bolts [03] only until they are pulled
firmly against the wall plate [01].
CAUTION: Improper use could reduce the
holding power of the lag bolt. To avoid potential
injuries or property damage: DO NOT over-tighten
the lag bolts [03].

2 Mount the Wall Plate

Solid Concrete and Concrete Block

Level wall plate and mark the hole locations.

Insert lag bolt anchors [04]. Be sure the anchors [04] are
seated flush with the concrete surface.
4.
Tighten the lag bolts [03] only until they are pulled firmly
against the wall plate [01].
CAUTION: To avoid potential injuries or property
damage:
Ù Mount wall plate directly onto the concrete
surface.
CAUTION: Improper use could reduce the holding
power of the lag bolt. To avoid potential injuries or
property damage: DO NOT over-tighten the lag bolts
[03].
Ù Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8 in.
Ù Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8 x 16 in.

3 Attach the TV Bracket onto the Swing Arm/Wall Plate

Fit nut [08] and cover [16] into underside of mount arm
[01].
Place washer [07] and pivot pin [06] onto mount arm.
Heavy: You will need assistance with this step! Fit
mounting bracket [02] onto pivot pin [06]. Slide washers
[10] and spacer [09] onto mounting bolt [05] and fit bolt
through mounting bracket [02] and pivot pin [06] until it
meets nut [08].
Use hex key [18] to tighten mounting bolt [05] and secure
mounting bracket [02] to arm [01].

4 Manage Cables
Pull the arm to its full extension before routing the cables through the channels, then loosely route the cables. This will give the cables enough slack to
prevent excess tension when adjusting the position of the arm.
