AN INTRODUCTION
TO BOOKING SMARTER.
SAVE TIME BY USING ‘MY HRS’ PROFILE.
Make your booking easily with four clicks using pre-stored information (booker’s and traveller’s profiles, credit
card details, billing address etc). Access your data – such as booking history, favourite hotels, hotel evaluations
and search profile. Your access is secure, and can only be used by you.
To start using this feature, register with My HRS

CREATE PERSONAL PROFILES IN ‘MY HRS’.
Under the Traveller profiles tab, you can create different profiles containing guest details – name, credit card
details for guaranteed bookings, special hotel preferences, etc. You can create as many profiles as you like.

CREATE PERSONAL PROFILES IN ‘MY HRS’.
You can create a profile to save filling in the information needed for the booking page each time.
All the profiles are saved in your Traveller Profiles tab. Create or delete profiles as you wish.
Helpful Hint
To create another traveller profile,
click on Display/Edit, amend the details
as needed and then click on “save as copy”.

CREATE A PROFILE WHILE MAKING A BOOKING.
If you haven’t created a profile before making a booking, you can create one at the same time.
On the confirmation page, enter a name to save the information used for this booking under a new profile.

HOW TO USE SAVED PROFILES IN BOOKING PROCESS.
Once saved, search for a hotel, go to the booking details and select one of the saved personal settings from drop down box, and
click on “Use selected personal setting” – this will complete the form for you. If required overtype the details where necessary.

ASSIGN BOOKING RIGHTS.
If you need a colleague to use your profile(s), you can assign the booking rights to another ‘My HRS’
user who will then be able to use your stored profiles when making a booking on your behalf.

You can search for the dates you need at this point without having to do a new search.

BOOKING HISTORY.
Under the Bookings tab you can see which hotels you have booked in the past – change a
future booking, or find a future date for the same hotel.

FAQ.
Are HRS prices per person or per room?
How does the traveller pay for the hotel?
HRS prices are always per room (single or double), per night. This is different from
HRS does not take payment. The credit card is only used to guarantee the booking.

What happens if I arrive ‘late’ at the hotel?
There are two possibilities, Guaranteed or Standard Booking.

If you expect to arrive at the hotel after 6pm local time, you should make a
booking that ensures the hotel reserves the room for the entire night. Hotels
will require a credit card number to secure a guaranteed booking. If you do not
arrive at the hotel or do not cancel the booking by the given deadline, the hotel
is entitled to charge for the room.
