LODGING INFORMATION
~ ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE PARK ~
Xanterra Parks and Resorts operates the hotels and lodges on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park.
They have extended some room blocks with a discounted rate especially for our Members’ Weekend!
Xanterra will not accept phone reservations for these blocks.
In order to book the Xanterra accommodations, you will need to complete the lodging form and fax or email it back to

The blocks will be released and opened to the general public after April 15 , 2013, so please book early to avoid
disappointment.
All Xanterra blocks are available for the nights of May 16-20, 2012.
YAVAPAI WEST: $110.70 SGL/DBL

Yavapai West is located within the park, near the General Store/Post Office/Chase Bank.
Rooms are equipped with 2 queen beds, full bath, television, refrigerator and telephone. Non-smoking rooms only.
YAVAPAI EAST: $153.90 SGL/DBL
PLUS $9.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (PLUS TAX AND SURCHARGE)

Maswik Lodge is located within the park, just 1/4 mile southwest of the Canyon's edge and is within walking distance
to the Community Building (Members’ Weekend hub).
Rooms are equipped with 2 queens or 1 king, full bath, television, coffeemakers, and refrigerator. Non-smoking rooms only.
TRAILER VILLAGE (RVs): $32.40 SGL/DBL PLUS $9.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (PLUS TAX AND SURCHARGE)
Trailer Village RV Park is located within the park off of Market Plaza Road and is within walking distance to the General Store.

Tusayan is located just 10 minutes outside the South Entrance to the park.
RED FEATHER LODGE: $99.00 PER NIGHT, PLUS TAX AND SURCHARGE
Red Feather Lodge blocks are available for the nights of May 16-20, 2013.
The Red Feather Lodge (hotel) is located in Tusayan, Arizona, across the street from McDonald’s.
All rooms are non-smoking, have two queen beds, full bath, complimentary WiFi, coffeemaker, hair dryer, TV and telephone.
Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby at all times.
