Handling Conflict
One of the most difficult and most avoided
topics in every company and relationship is
that of conflict. We all learn from our past in
how we handle conflict with others. Some
of us have great examples and others,
not so much. Everyone experiences some
degree of workplace conflict; therefore,
we all deserve training on how to handle it
most effectively, focusing on great results
and best teaming relationships. You will
focus on conflict dos and don’ts. Pay close
attention to a conflict road map that will
allow a productive strategy for encouraging
and following through with healthy conflict.
We will take a closer look at each individual’s
natural conflict style to increase awareness
and become better able to effectively
navigate more effective conflict situations.

NEW Phytocemicals in Whole Foods
If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it! What about lycopene, quercetin,
anthocyanins and zeaxanthin? Don’t base your diet off of the
vocabulary of a second grader! Phytochemicals (phyto = plant) are
plant substances that have beneficial effects on our health, often
identifiable by a pigment or aroma in fruits and vegetables. Lycopene
from red produce like tomatoes and watermelon may reduce the
incidence of several types of cancer. Multivitamins and supplements
can’t compete with Mother Nature. Dietitian Michelle Kuster will share
the research behind phytochemicals and how to enjoy eating more
whole foods to reap the benefits.

Introduction to Digital Photography
This is a beginner’s level class. This class
