designed for low to moderate income households to complete
more complicated home maintenance.
You must be a resident of Commerce Township in order to
qualify for this GRANT (this is not a loan that you will have
to pay back). You must own the home in which you are
applying for repairs on and there are financial requirements
you will have to meet.
