Entrance Hymn
Come let us bow down to Christ,
As we worship Him, The Son of God.
Save us, O Son of God, Who did rise from the dead,
We sing to You: Alleluia.
Resurrectional Apolytikion (Plagal Four)
From on high You descended, O merciful Lord.
You accepted the Cross and three days in the Tomb
To free us from the bondage of sin.
O our Life and Resurrection.
Glory to You, O Lord.
Apolytikion for the Feast
Today is the prelude of God's generosity,
The herald of the coming of salvation for all mankind.
In the temple of God the Virgin is revealed to all,
Her presence fore-telling the coming of Christ.
With all our hearts let us, therefore cry out to her:
"Rejoice, O Fulfillment of the Creator's plan."
Church Hymn (Troparion of Pentecost)
Evlogitos i Hriste O Theos imon,
O Pansofous tous aliis anadixas,
Katapempsas aftis to Pnevma to ayion,
Ke thi afton tin ikoumenin saginefsas,
Filanthrope doxa Si.
Blessed are You O Christ our God
Who has shown the fishermen as wise men
By sending down Your Holy Spirit upon them
And through them, the whole world You drew into Your net
O Lover of mankind, glory to You.
Kontakion (The Entry of the Theotokos into the Temple)
Behold the temple of the Savior, His precious bridal chamber.
Behold the virginal and sacred vessel of God's glory.
Today she enters into the house of the Lord,
bearing within her the grace of the Holy Spirit.
For this the angels exclaim:
She is indeed the heavenly tabernacle.
After the Prayer of the Proskomidi
I love you, O Lord my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my Savior.
EPISTLE READING: St. Paul's Letter to the Ephesians 4:1-7
BRETHREN, I, a prisoner for the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to
which you have been called, with all lowliness and meekness, with patience, forbearing one
another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one
body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call, one
Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of us all, who is above all and through
all and in all. But grace was given to each of us according to the measure of Christ's gift.
GOSPEL READING:
The Gospel According to Luke 12:16-21
The Lord said this parable: "The land of a rich man brought forth plentifully; and he
thought to himself, 'What shall I do, for I have nowhere to store my crops?' And he said, 'I
will do this: I will pull down my barns, and build larger ones; and there I will store all my
grain and my goods. And I will say to my soul, 'Soul, you have ample goods laid up for
many years; take your ease, eat, drink, be merry.' But God said to him, 'Fool! This night
your soul is required of you; and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?' So is
he who lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God." As he said these things,
he cried out: "He who has ears to hear, let him hear."
T HE C ON FES SI O N O F FA ITH
(Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed)
I believe in one God, Father Almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God,
begotten of the Father before all ages;
Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created,
of one essence with the Father through
Whom all things were made.
Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven
and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit
and the Virgin Mary and became man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried;
And He rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father;
And He will come again with glory to judge the living and dead.
His kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Creator of life,
Who proceeds from the Father,
Who together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified,
Who spoke through the prophets.
In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age to come. Amen.

Loukoumades Fundraiser
Please remember that Greek School is selling Loukoumades in the Founders' Walk
after Divine Liturgy TODAY (Sunday, November 22).
Inter-Orthodox Divine Liturgy
On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, a Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at
10 am at Saint George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 10748 East 116th Street,
Fishers, IN 46037.
Church School
Christmas Service Project: During Advent (November 15 to December 25),
Church School will be collecting for St. Basil's Academy through your child's Church
School class. The money collected will be presented to Father Bill at the cutting of
the Vasilopita on January 3. Please encourage your child to "earn" the money they
donate.
Christmas Program: The children are practicing now for the Christmas Program to
be performed after the Divine Liturgy on December 13. A rehearsal will be in the
Church on Sunday, December 6 from 11:30am until noon. On the day of the
program, class will begin at 9:30am and we will bring the students into Church for
Holy Communion
Religious Education Series - Divine Liturgy
A five week religious education series on the Divine Liturgy will be offered by Father
Jarrod on Wednesdays at 7 pm. Class began on November 11 and ends on December
16, with the exception of Thanksgiving Eve on November 25. Let us come to learn
about the Divine Liturgy, enabling us to understand more about the Divine
Service. Attendance at these presentations can be independent of the others. Thus, if
one is missed, the following session can still be attended with full understanding.
Christmas Giving Tree
The Giving Tree will be available on Sunday, November 29! Please take an ornament
and purchase a clothing AND a non-clothing item for the child. Wrap the gifts and
return to church on or before December 13. Attach the tag with the child's name to the
gift; it will be removed before delivery. The gifts will be delivered to the Martin Luther
King Service Center which is providing the names of the children this year. Thank you
in advance for helping to brighten a child’s Christmas. Questions? Contact Tracy
Pappas ([email protected]) or Beth Eleftheri ([email protected]).
Madrigal Tickets
There are a few tickets still available for the 12:30pm performance of this year's
Madrigal on December 5, 2015. The $50 per ticket price includes an original play
performed by our choir and a gourmet four course dinner with wine. Come early to
sip a cup of wassail while enjoying the sounds of the Octave Ensemble. This is a great
way to start the holiday season. Call the Parish office to reserve your seat.
GOYA Upcoming Events

Philoptochos Coat Campaign
Philoptochos will be collecting ladies coats again this year for the Embrace Program at
Eskenazi Hospital. Many of the women coming for breast cancer treatment have to
walk or take a bus and are arriving chilled to the bone, because they have no coat to
wear. Please bring new or gently used coats for men and women along with scarves,
gloves and toiletries such as deodorant, lotion, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes and
place them in the bin in the Founders' Walk. For more information please contact
Philoptochos at [email protected]
