far enough inside you. Remove and
try again.

vagina. Feel your pubic bone—

Hook your finger under the rim. If you
have trouble hooking your finger, bear
or push down. Slowly pull Softcup out
of your body, keeping it horizontal and
level.

and throw it away. Do NOT flush Softcup.
