Volunteers needed - For more information view Halloween Volunteer 2015 Annual Leaf Collection Campaign October 26 through December 18 The City will begin the annual Leaf Collection Campaign on Monday, October 26th and run through Friday, December 18th. Leaves will be collected in ALL areas at least 4 times. City residents may begin to set out leaves for collection on Sunday, October 25th.
