The JUKI DDL-9000B is a single needle stitch machine with an automatic
thread trimmer and automatic foot lift. This unit is direct drive, which
means it is powered by an internal servo motor connected directly to the
main shaft. It is perfect for sewing light to medium weight fabrics. It is
engineered for reduced vibration and noise. It has the capability to program functions such as number of stitches and backtacking on the included CP-18 panel. This unit is perfect for increased productivity, allowing the
user to get more done in a shorter amount of time. The internal AC servo
motor is also very quiet.

We have decided to no longer offer the basic parallel stitch model.
You can match the factory stitch of the button now with a flick of the lever.
And we set it up to sew from a 14L to a 30L with no adjustment needed.

The eZPress® is a manual press; a buzzer will sound when the application cycle is complete and the operator must lift the
handle to open the heated platen.
The Digital ezPress® & PopUp Press® are simple and easy to operate. The time, temperature and pressure are automatically
controlled. The handle is very easy to operate even though the platen has 150 pounds of pressure. The heated plate is Teflon
coated to prevent glue accumulation. The spring-loaded lower platen will accommodate thick and thin garments without readjusting the platen. The heated platen opens wide to provide a clear work area on the lower platen.
The digital computer monitors the operation of the press and alerts the operator of a pending problem such as platen tempera
ture too hot or too cold. The computer also monitors common operator errors and alerts the operator to prevent an improperly
applied label. These operator errors include: Long Cycle: the operator failed to lift the handle when the cycle was complete,
Short Cycle: the operator lifted the handle before the application cycle was complete, and Cold Cycle: the operator applied a
label before the platen heated to the pre-set temperature.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN THE STORY OF
JERRY LIEBERMAN “THE BUTTON MAN”
Jerry Lieberman was eighteen when he served
in world War II in France and Germany. He was an
interrogator of captured German war prisoners. He was
trained in Camp Ritchie Maryland, with other German
speaking refugees. They were called Ritchie Boys for
short.
After the war Jerry Lieberman held a job while
studying business at night at NYU. In 1949 his father
suddenly died of a heart attack. Jerry now had to
support his mother Bella. His father left a small stock of
buttons, which Jerry took and sold out of his Army
surpolus car.

He did well on the road and
saw a future for himself
and his mother. It was
1949 when he started B&G
(Bella & Gerald) Lieberman
Co. Then a refugee and
friend of Jerry’s, Walter
Marx and his wife Lee
entered the business and
the rest is history.
We are proud to be an asset to our industry. Our
attention to service and care of our customers and
relationships with our suppliers has been very evident in
the great outpouring of memories and condolences
after the death of Jerry Lieberman on Thanksgiving
2011.
