34250 Star Series Snowmobile Mount Kit
Use these instructions along with the instructions provided with the 34250 mount kit.
Right/Throttle side:
Loosen your throttle assembly and slide to the left.
You will need to adjust the grip heater wire to create
slack. Be careful not to damage the wires while
doing this. You will mount the throttle side bracket
between the grip and the throttle assembly as
shown in the photo. When installing the mounting
bracket, lift the heater wires and place the mount
under the wire as shown in photo. Make sure the
wires are not pinched.
Adjust handguard and throttle assembly to your
personal preference. Make sure all fasteners are
tightened.
Left/Brake side:
The left side is fairly simple. There is an opening
between the brake and grip where the mounting
braket will be placed. Make sure the grip heater
wires have enough slack and are not pinched by the
mounting bracket. Mount handguard bracket
between brake and grip and over the top of the lever
as shown in the photo.
Adjust handguard and brake lever to your personal
preference. Make sure all fasteners are tightened.
