Biosphere Reserve by Unesco
Lanzarote is considered Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO due
to its natural wealth and uniqueness as a land of volcanoes.
Northwest of Lanzarote is the Chinijo Archipelago Nature Park,
consisting of eight protected islets. There you find the Marine
Reserve of La Graciosa, dominated by the rocky and steep sea
bed with lots of caves, crevices and tunnels in an area of an
extensive marine platform, unique in the Canary Islands. In
addition, there are plenty plant and animal species that you
will get to know with the help of our diving centers.

Lanzarote can count with two marinas in the south of the
island: Marina Rubicon, in Playa Blanca and Marina Puerto
Calero, in the municipality of Yaiza. Both marinas offer all
