Whether you want to bike, hike, cross country ski or snowmobile, our miles of trails are inviting
you to explore the beauty of the Northwoods.
Oneida County has fantastic mountain biking as well as thousands of miles of quiet roadways for
road bicyclists. 12 trails cover the county and serve to every skill level including the younger riders.
Hiking trails also abound in our area making viewing wildlife quite accessible. Common sights include bald eagles, deer, bear, song birds and wild turkeys.
Hunting
With an abundant population of ruffed grouse, deer and turkey, hunters will find the Rhinelander
area a unique and challenging hunting experience. The area also offers quality hunting for bear
and waterfowl.
