Monthly club meetings are held 7:30 PM on the second Tuesday of the
month at Davanni’s in Coon Rapids. Food is great, stop by early for supper
and stay for the meeting. Meetings normally last an hour or so. Everyone is
welcome. Bring a friend.

Picking up trash for Trails
Hay Days 2011
Great News!! Our bid to keep Hay Days clean has been accepted by the SnoBarons for the 2011-2014
events. The dates this year will be the weekend after Labor Day, September 10-11th. For the new
members, this is our clubs biggest fundraiser for the year. We need everyone to devote as much time as
possible to this weekend to make our trash master, Mike Read’s job as easy as it can be. See attached
sign-up sheet for additional information.
Hay Days Work Day
July 16th, 2011
Come on out to the Hay Days site and help the SnoBarons get ready for Hay Days 2011! You are
encouraged to bring gloves, boots, chainsaws, weedwhips (blade attachment a plus), Bobcat, etc.
Whatever you think would be helpful to assist with cleanup. The Barons will provide lunch, and nonalcoholic drinks – BYOB. This is also a great chance to check out the new location east of North Branch
on Hwy 95 if you are a new member and/or have not attended in the past.

Picking up trash for Trails
The annual Sno Dragon’s meeting was held at Hidden Haven Supper Club on
April 9, 201. The above officers for 2011 were elected. Thank you to all of our
officers, new and retired for volunteering of their time to be a major part of our
snowmobile club. Many of our members were present. There was plenty of
food and door prizes. A BIG THANK YOU to Deb Olson and the entire social
committee for organizing a great annual meeting and party. The food was
wonderful and the prize table was great!! A big thanks, as well, to the Sno
Barons for their contribution of T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and hats.
Boner Award 2011
The famous and very prestigious BONER AWARD
was awarded to Tim Holm. The winning story was
about how Tim forgot to bring his snow gear for the
club trip in January. Good thing it was only 10 below..

Member Information
Hay Days Raffle Tickets Available
Another Dragon’s fundraiser for the year is assisting the SnoBarons with raffle ticket sales. Our club gets
over 80 cents for each 1 dollar ticket sold! Please contact Darin Sumstad ([email protected] or
612.803.8341) to coordinate a pick up or come to our monthly membership meeting. ALL money and
unsold tickets are to be returned by August 23rd, 2011.
Hay Days Work T-Shirts
Orders Due – August 1st 2011
Members that are in need of additional “Picking up Trash for Trails” T-Shirts need to send your orders to
[email protected] by August 1st, 2010 in order to ensure delivery for Hay Days. Be sure to include sizes
(S, M, L, XL, or XXL) and quantities required. All shirts are provided by the club, so no payment is
required.
Hay Days Food Service Schedule
September 9th – 11th
Food service will be provided for Sno Dragon workers by the food committee Friday (Lunch - Supper)
through Monday (Breakfast – Lunch). Be sure to return your Hay Days Sign Up sheet as soon as possible
so the food committee can plan accordingly. There will also be a Hay Days Food Committee meeting at
6:30 PM prior to the July Membership meeting. Volunteers are in need – so come early and join the fun!
Hay Days Kick-Off Pizza Party
August 23rd, 2011 – 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM - Davanni’s Pizza in Coon Rapids
The Sno Dragons will be hosting a family pizza night so mark your calendars and stop by, have a slice,
and pick up your nametags and shirts.
Sno Dragons Family Weekend Ride
January 14th – 16th (MLK Weekend), 2012
The Sno Dragons will be hosting a family snowmobile trip to beautiful Park Rapids, MN for a weekend of
fun in the snow. We will be staying at the C’Mon Inn (C'Mon Inn Park Rapids) – poolside - so mark your
calendars and call to reserve your room for a great long weekend retreat with the club. Park Rapids has
some of the best riding in the state so call 1-800-258-6891 and book today!
