Kashi Enterprises is the leading manufacturer of S.G., C.I. & M.S.
Casting under the flagship company of KVS Group. It is the Foundry
Division of the Group, which is equipped with a state-of-the-art
technology & aims to develop and produce innovative products,
services & inseminating the complete casting solutions that satisfy
emerging customer needs & deliver ‘value for money’. Kashi
Enterprises is committed to meet quality norms in Carbon Steel, High
Manganese Steel, Cast Iron, SG Iron, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel
Casting. This unit possesses in-house Pattern Building & Maintenance
Facility and focuses on meeting potential demand of Automobile
Sector units in State of Uttarakhand. Keeping in the line of great
heritage, Kashi Enterprises caters to the needs of the customers by
providing the best quality Castings at competitive.
Casting Plant
What We Do
We are in manufacturer of S.G., C.I. & M.S. Casting, situated at
Kashipur. At present we are producing Steel and Alloys Steel up 12 MT
in a single Pieces and in CI, SG Iron from 500 grams. To 30 Kg. (with
Machine Molding) Single Pieces. all casting for Cement Mills, Sugar
Mill, Hydro Power, Automobile, Mining & General Engineering in
ultrasonic quality. We are a jobbing foundry and adopted Co2, Green
sand molding process with automatic sand plant.
We can provide Proof machined / fully machined castings to you at
most competitive rates; we assure you that our supplies will follow a
strict time schedule.

Our Infrastructure
MELTING SHOP:
We have installed coreless induction furnaces make Megatherm
Kolkatta having capacity 1MT & 2 MT and also added one new
induction furnace in the capacity of 500 kgs. only for the production of
S.G. Iron. Therefore we can provide casting as per your requirement.
PATTERN SHOP:
We have in house pattern shop for preparing patterns and also an
inspection room for pattern inspections.
Our Infrastructure
MOULDING SHOP:
We have installed fully Automatic Sand Plant in our works that is
sufficient to run the 6 nos. of Moulding machine at a time.
•We have installed intensive Sand Mixture with the capacity of 500kgs
batch.
•We have 4 Nos. Moulding Machines Arpa 300, Make Shree Shakti,
Coimbatore.
•LPG gas burner mould pre-heaters.
•Oil fired ladle pre-heaters burners with heating and pumping unit.
•We have 2 Nos. Mg. treatment ladle for S.G. iron 6 nos. pouring ladle in
different capacities.
•Sand Dryers.
•Core Shooter Machine, Make Susha Foundries, Ahmadabad.
•Automatic Knock out machine, Make Shree Shakti, Coimbatore.
Our Infrastructure
FETTLING SHOP:
•Swing frame grinders.
•Electrical Angle & Straight Grinder AG-7.
•Pneumatic grinders.
•Pneumatic Hand grinder.
•Shot Blast machine one no. rotary type and one table type.
HEAT TREATMENT:
•Electric heat-treatment furnace having capacity 2 MT batch with PLC
operated.
•Oil fired Heat treatment Furnace having capacity of 4 MT batch with
automatic temperature indicator and graph.
•We are fully equipped for annealing, normalizing, tempering and Forklift type water quenching facility

QUALITY CONTROL:
•Well Equipped chemical Laboratory for wet analysis attached with
strohlims apparatus oven, electronic balances and Sand testing lab.
•Spectrometers Model GDS 500A, Leco Make USA in 22 elements.
•UTM of 40 Tons capacity to check Physical properties.
•B.H.N., Poldi , electronic Hardness Tester and Optical BHN Machine.
•DP Test sets and MPT for checking surface defects.
•Measuring instruments i.e., calipers, outside, inside, dividers in different
sizes venire calipers duly calibrated.
•Ultrasonic testing machines to detect internal defects of castings.
•Marking table.
•Micro Scope in 100X Magnifies with Metallurgy Plus Software.
