As per my previous telephone conversations I enclose below the rules for this year’s “Tostal na nGasraí” the
Under 13 Elevens competition. There will be two panels of 4 teams. The first game for Group A will take place
at 10:30 am and for Group B at11:00am .
Please aim to arrive at Deerpark by 10:00 am at the latest. I also enclose a map showing the location of the
venue.
Please take note of the draw and particular note of the Pitches (1 & 2) and the Times.
Please report to Ronan Conway 0874197753 in Deerpark at least 30 minutes before the start of your first game.
Please be advised that after 9.00 am traffic in Dublin can be heavy, please make extra allowance for this when
planning your departure.
You will be issued tickets for 19 hot meals to you on your arrival. As the hot meals will be served in Glenalbyn
after you are finished in Deerpark, I’d suggest that the lads bring a packed lunch with them. Facilities in
Deerpark are very limited.

Rules
Players born in 2001 or later
11 a side matches
A Panel List of 15 players citing Name and Date of Birth to be presented to organisers before
the first match
10 minutes each half
Normal hurling rules
8 team tournament – in two groups (A & B) of four teams
Top two teams qualify for semi final (Winners of Group play runners up of other Group)
If teams finish level on points, score differences will determine the group winner. If score
differences are also the same, The Highest Scoring Team will prevail, (Thereafter a ‘65’ shootout will take place with 4 players from each team taking a ‘65’ thereafter sudden-death)
For the semi-final if there is a draw there will be 3 mins per half of extra time –If still level
‘65’ shoot out is invoked.
