Policies
Orders for non-firearms are accepted
by the internet, phone, fax and mail. Payment
is to be made at the time of order via check
or credit card. COD is acceptable only if the
order is over $200. There will be a $5 service
charge on all COD orders.
Master Card, VISA, Discover,
money orders, cashiers checks, and personal
checks are acceptable forms of payment. Please
note that personal checks will be held for 10
working days prior to shipment of order.
Normal shipping charges are $10,
but will vary on the item. Obviously if the
item is small, shipping will be less, likewise
if the item is large, shipping will be more,
please call to verify shipping if there's question. Customers shipping items to Alaska or
Hawaii will be charged actual shipping and
insurance charges. Orders are shipped as they
are received within one to two days of order
placement via UPS. If customer requests 2nd,
3rd or Next Day Air, additional charges will
apply. All packages will be insured for their
full value. If customer requests items to be
shipped via the United States Postal Service,
there could possibly be up to three days delay
in shipping due to the fact that Jeff's Outfitters
is quite a distance from the nearest post office.
We encourage orders from around the
world. International orders must be ordered
via the telephone and must be paid with credit
card (as shipping charges vary from country to
country). Please call for dealer pricing. Quantity discounts are available. Discounted items
will be charged actual shipping and insurance
charges.
All of Jeff's Outfitters products include a 5 day inspection period. If customer is
not totally satisfied with the product, return it in
the SAME CONDITION as received and the
purchase price will be refunded. Refunds will
not be issued on altered merchandise. Returns
must be accompanied by a copy of the original
invoice and a daytime telephone number.
