Reid is proud to announce the local release of a select range of Fitzgerald
Single-Use Plastic Formliners. Available from June 2011, these single use
formliners will provide cost effective, architectural detail suitable for use in
precast, tilt-up and in-situ applications.
Fitzgerald Formliners pride themselves on the design and manufacture of the best formliners in the
industry, focusing their efforts solely on the continuous improvement of their products. Fitzgerald’s
proprietary products - GrayLastic™, GrayLite™, Vac-U-Form™, VinyLok™, and BrickMaster™ are the
most innovative formliners available in the construction market. With more than 250 standard and custom
patterns, Fitzgerald offers an unrivalled variety of design options from seven categories of pattern types.
Pattern categories include fluted ribs, fractured ribs, masonry, sandblast, stone & rock, wood textures,
geometric shapes and Fitzgerald’s unique brick gasket systems. From conceptual design through to the
final product, Fitzgerald’s attention to detail, quality and engineering guarantees the most creative and
cost-effective solution for your project.
Through our long-standing relationship with Fitzgerald Formliners, Reid is proud to announce the local
release of a select range of formliner patterns in Fitzgerald’s patented Vac-U-Form™, VinyLok™ ,
FitzLok™ and BrickMaster™ proprietary formliner systems. These patterns will be stocked in the Reid
central warehouse located in Melbourne, and will be available for immediate despatch. Delivery lead
times may vary as single-use extruded and vacuum formed sheets will require special handling,
packaging and transportation. Stock availability is also subject to the parameters and requirements
of the specific project. Arrangements can be made for high-volume requirements, although longer lead
times will be applicable.
Reid’s range of Fitzgerald’s formliner systems, provide unique
features and benefits to precasters, tilt up contractors and
formworkers alike. Vac-U-Form™ formliners are an alternative
and economical choice where single casting is desired.
Vac-U-Form™ formliners provide design versatility with many
patterns matching side-to-side and also top-to-bottom.
The Single-Use Vac-U-Form™ formliners are made from a
high-impact styrene plastic. They are a cost-effective choice
when formliners are to be used only once, or need to be cut
to fit the project parameters.
VinyLok™ formliners are extruded in a single use, rigid
polystyrene plastic. The formliners are extruded in lengths of
9 metres and offer approximately 150mm in width per single
sheet. The patented VinyLok™ interlocking system allows for a
seamless finish for concrete walls in tilt-up, precast or
in-situ applications. VinyLok™ features an interlocking nailing
strip, designed for simple fixing of the liner to formwork or
concrete slabs. The patented rib easily locks over the top of the
fasteners, providing seamless concrete finishes with no unsightly
nail head impressions or grooves reflected in the cast panel.
VinyLok™ is quick and easy to assemble and the interlocking
nailing strip eliminates the need for patching.

The new FitzLok™ Interlocking formliner panels provide a
seamless, simulated smooth brick or block masonry finish.
Available locally in the 8” (203mm) Smooth Brick Running
Bond pattern (#16941), FitzLok™ plastic formliner panels have
keyed ends which include an overlapping grout joint system that
locks each panel into place. It completely eliminates the time
it previously took to either tape, glue or align formliner panels.
With FitzLok™ there is no patching, grinding or buffing of seams
or butt joints. FitzLok™ formliners reduce labour time by allowing
you to quickly and easily “snap” formliner panels together.
