pump - the 3196 i-FRAME

Marking an industry first, the new 3196 i-FRAME provides operations personnel,

repairing rotating equipment - with early warning of trouble so that changes to the process or

The 3196 i-FRAME's patent-pending condition monitor is nested securely atop the power end to
measure critical vibration and temperature readings. Variations in temperature or vibration that exceed
preset parameters will activate the early warning system by displaying flashing red lights easily
recognized during routine walk-arounds.

Find attached the following:
TRI Testing of Tenflow 770-2. Be careful to use the certified values within the attached material properties
sheets since that value takes into consideration the standard deviation that will occur during the manufacturing
of any product. The TR1 test results is simply that, a single test report and the data shown may or may not be
experienced in Tenflow shipped to your job site.
The certified values presented within the material properties sheet for Tenflow 770-2(attached) will be met at
both 1000 and 2,000 psf normal load.

Why is the Transmissivity value higher with lower gradients?
Transmissivity is determined from the formula:
Transmissivity (0)

Where:
K = permeability
T = thickness
Q = flow rate per unit width
1= gradient
Conversion - m2/sec to gal/min/ft = 4831
Example
Tendrain 11 970-2 @ 25,000 psf from a single test(not certified values
Gradient = 0.02 = Transmissivity equal to 5.4E-3 m2/see
1.08E-4 m3/sec-m divided by 0.02 gradient = 5.4E-3 m2/sec
Flow Rate = Q = 5.4E-3 m2/sec x 4831 x .02 = 0.52 gal/min/ft width
