All B&N Kids’ Club™ enrollments:
E-mail address in Section 1 is required. Section 2 must include at least one child, age 12 or under.
B&N Kids’ Club™ enrollment only (customer is not an active B&N Member):
Issue B&N Kids’ Club™ card and place number sticker in Section 1 oval.
Ensure all fields in sections 1 and 2 are complete, except section 2 oval, which is not applicable.
B&N Kids’ Club™ enrollment (for an active B&N Member):
Ensure all fields in sections 1 & 2 are complete, including B&N Member number in Section 2 oval.
There is no number sticker to be placed in Section 1 oval.
B&N Member and B&N Kids’ Club™ combo enrollment:

Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ Program Information and Exclusions
The Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ Program is eligible only to adult participants 18 years or older (“Participants”) with at least one child profile registered under their Barnes & Noble Kids’
Club™ account. Children of Participants must be 12 years or under. Participants will not be able to add more than 12 children to their profile. The term of a Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™
Account shall commence on the date of enrollment and continue until the age of youngest child in the Participant’s profile reaches 13 years old. Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ Program
benefits are only available on the purchase of the following Qualifying Products: (i) Children’s Books located within the “Barnes & Noble Junior” section of all Barnes & Noble retail stores
or navigable from the Kids section of Barnes & Noble.com (excluding all teen books navigable from the Kids or Teens sections; all children’s books marked as “Bargain Priced” at Barnes
& Noble retail stores; all children’s books listed as “Bargain” books on B&N.com; and all eBooks, including without limitation children’s and teen eBooks), (ii) Toys, (iii) Children’s Games,
(iv) Children’s Puzzles, and (v) Children’s Workbooks. Items (i) through (v) above available for pre-order are not considered Qualifying Products. The purchase of Qualifying Products by
Participants at Barnes & Noble stores or at BN.com accrues towards a $100 spending threshold as loyalty rewards credits. For every $100 Participants spend on Qualifying Products they
will earn one (1) B&N Kids’ Club™ rewards certificate. Accrual of rewards credits will be applied before taxes and after all eligible discounts and deductions, including coupons, are applied.
Participants can earn a maximum of four (4) rewards certificates within a one (1)-year rewards term. A Participant's initial rewards term will begin on the date of enrollment in the Program
and continue until one year from the date of enrollment. Subsequent rewards term(s) shall commence on the day after the previous rewards term ends. At the end of each rewards term,
the amount of loyalty rewards credit accrued and the number of rewards certificates earned will each reset to a zero balance. Rewards certificates, discounts, coupons, or other offers made
available to Participants in the Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ Program are not available on the purchase of any of the following: hardcover and paperback books located outside the BN Jr
area at retail Barnes & Noble stores; hardcover and paperback books not navigable from the Kids’ section of Barnes & Noble.com; hardcover and paperback books navigable from the
Teens section of Barnes & Noble.com; Elf on the Shelf items; hardcover and paperback children’s books marked as “Bargain-Priced” in Barnes & Noble retail stores; hardcover and
paperback children’s books listed as “Bargain” books on Barnes & Noble.com; Café items; Music; DVDs; Blu-ray Discs; Video Games; Gift Cards; eGift Cards; periodicals; textbooks;
digital content (including without limitation eBooks, all children’s & teen eBooks, digital magazines and periodicals), NOOK® and NOOK related accessories; other hardware and electronics; software; products from the Rosetta Stone Series; downloadable audiobooks in MP3 or any other format; products or services purchased from third parties accessible from the
BN.com website (including without limitation PC & Video Games or used, rare and out-of-print books); gift-wrapping fees; shipping or handling fees; or Barnes & Noble Membership fees
(new or renewal). Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ discounts and Rewards Certificates are not available at any Barnes & Noble College Bookstore or website. Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™
discounts are not available at any Barnes & Noble College Bookstores or websites. An active Barnes & Noble Member who is enrolled in the Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ can use and
present their Barnes & Noble Member card for all transactions; they will not receive a separate Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ loyalty card. Use of the Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ is subject

Barnes & Noble Member benefits are valid on eligible purchases at Barnes & Noble stores and online at BN.com. Members do not receive discounts on purchases of the following: products
or services online at BN.com, products or services at any Barnes & Noble College Bookstore or websites; Gift Cards; eGift Cards; digital content (including but not limited to eBooks, digital
magazines and periodicals); NOOK® and NOOK related accessories; other hardware and electronics; software; downloadable audiobooks in MP3 or any other format; products or services
purchased from third parties accessible from the BN.com website (including without limitation PC & Video Games or used, rare and out-of-print books); gift wrapping fees; shipping and
handling fees; or Membership fees (new or renewal). Member discounts will be applied after all eligible discounts and deductions (e.g., non Member discounts, seasonal sale discounts, etc.)
are applied, except for coupons or where otherwise noted. Coupon discounts will be applied after the Member discount. You may terminate your Membership at any time in accordance with the
Barnes & Noble Member Program Terms and Conditions. However, Membership fees are not refundable; if you wish to terminate your current Membership, we will only refund the new or
renewal Membership fee within 30 days of the purchase date of the new or renewal Membership or the Automatic Renewal charge date of the Membership, i) if you did not use your
Membership to obtain an eligible discount or benefit during the new or renewal Membership term; or ii) if your Membership was renewed during your current Membership term and the renewal
Membership term has not yet started. The Barnes & Noble Membership fee will be automatically charged annually to the credit or debit card on file unless the Member has chosen to opt out
of Automatic Renewal before the Membership renewal fee is charged, approximately 30 days prior to the expiration date. An active Barnes & Noble Member who is enrolled in the Barnes &
Noble Kids’ Club™ can use and present their Barnes & Noble Member card for all transactions; they will not receive a separate Barnes & Noble Kids’ Club™ loyalty card. Use of the Barnes &
