Fajitas is a customer favorite and Avila’s specialty.

(1) Sizzling Fajitas Bar
Delicious thin strips of marinated chicken and beef, sizzling onions, bell
peppers and tomatoes prepared at your event by our Fajita Chef!
This wonderful entrée is served with all the trimmings including
guacamole, pico de gallo, Avila’s famous salsa and cheese. To complete your
Sizzling Fajitas Bar we have included Fresh Green Salad, Hot Tortillas,
Cheese Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans and Homemade Chips.
(2) Sizzling Fajitas and Carnitas Combo

Carnitas
Tender chunks of pork marinated in lemon and garlic then cooked till
slightly crisp on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
Sizzling Fajitas

Street tacos are the way to go for a fun, trendy and no hassle party. This
is a great option for corporate events, birthday bashes and backyard
gatherings. Our fresh, original recipes are served made-to-order and will
satisfy your guests with our first class presentation.
Guests choose fresh meat fillings consisting of Carnitas, Grilled Chicken
and Carne Asada. To complete their tacos, the following specially prepared
Avila’s toppings are provided:

Complete your party with our Mexican Fiesta Bar. These wonderful
refreshments include:

Jose Cuevro Gold Tequila, blended with Triple Sec and fresh
Lime Juice make our “award-winning” Margaritas unforgettable!

The Fiesta Bar requires a minimum Delivery and Set-Up of – 150.00
Set-up fee includes a full beverage station including linen, disposable
glassware, ice, cocktail napkins and chilling and displaying equipment.

Catering Details and Terms
Avila’s El Ranchito provides everything you need to make your
special occasion complete and hassle free. Our catering staff will
deliver food in hot chafing dishes with all necessary serving bowls
and utensils. Your guests will enjoy the authentic and delicious
food from Avila’s, served hot and fresh from our festively decorated
buffet line. Price includes disposable plates, utensils and napkins.
Our Mexican Combination, Street Tacos and Fajitas options requires a Delivery and Set-Up fee of $300 and service personnel at
$175 per server based on a 3 (three) hour party.
Avila’s El Ranchito Full Service Catering requires a minimum Food
and Beverage order of $1,500. Sales tax (8.00%) and a 20% service
charge is added to all parties. We require a credit card down
payment of 50% upon agreement of the menu and the remainder
of the balance will be charged 1 (one) day before the event. A final
guest count will be agreed upon 5 (five) days prior to the event. If
cancellation occurs less than 14 days before your special occasion,
Avila’s El Ranchito reserves the right to 10 % of the food total.
