Allow us to plan your next cocktail party, sit down dinner, holiday gathering
or other special event, Rosario’s style!
Rosario’s can accommodate private parties ranging from 10-70 people and we are also available for corporate buyouts.

MENU OPTIONS
All menus are priced per person, plus applicable sales
tax, $100 minimum gratuity per waiter or 20% of the
bill, whichever is greater.
ROOM FEE
A Room Fee of $150 will be charged for use of all private
rooms. This includes all set up and break down. We
typically decorate with festive brightly colored linens,
napkins and candles. Examples can be seen on our
website, www.rosariossa.com. Private rooms are limited
to a 3 hour usage. If more than 3 hours is needed, an
additional gratuity per server will be charged.
Banquet Bar Packages
Hosted bar packages are available.
GUARANTEE
A guarantee in the expected number of guests
will be required for every private event. Your final
guarantee of guests attending must be given at LEAST
5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION. You will be
charged the “per person” price for each “no-show” that
was included in your guaranteed count. If you have
more guests than expected, you will be charged per
consumption, in accordance with the pricing set up for
your function.
CANCELLATION
Due to high demand for our party rooms, the following
cancellation policy is strictly adhered to:
ROOM RESERVATION
To reserve your room, a $150 deposit is required with
approved credit card on file.
DECORATIONS AND ATMOSPHERE
Our staff would like to make your party a special one.
We typically decorate with festive brightly colored
linens, napkins and candles. Examples can be seen on
our website, www.rosariossa.com. If there are other
decorations you would like to use, please deliver them to
Rosario’s on the day of the event and we will gladly put
them up for your party. Please ask if you need help with
any audio-visual equipment.
THE GALLO ROOM
The maximum seating for this room is 70 people; 80
people standing and minimum guest attendance is
40 people. The Gallo Room is very spacious, Latino
artwork is displayed on the walls and spaghetti lights
hang from high ceilings. This room is located in the
front entrance of the restaurant. Fridays & Saturdays a
minimum of $1700.00 in food & beverage is required
in the Gallo Room.
THE CELLAR
The maximum seating for this room is 30 people; 40
people standing and minimum guest attendance is 10
people. The Cellar is located in the basement of the
restaurant. A stairwell leads down into The Cellar which
displays rock covered walls. It is a private intimate setting
that resembles a wine cellar.
