Ahmad Haimour
Managing Director
Imad Moghrabi
Managing Partner
Having founded Dubai Business Services (DBS) in 2002 and Dubai
Recruitment Company (DRC) in 2004, Ahmad has been a leading figure in
the region’s recruitment and manpower industry for more than a decade. His
extensive experience in the field has often been called upon by domestic and
foreign governments to advise on issues related to labor markets and policies.
With over 20 years of international business experience, Imad has occupied
several senior management positions in the Middle East. As Group Business
Development Manager at Al-Rajhi Investments (UAE), Imad helped establish
16 companies for the Al-Rajhi Group. One of his key roles was to headhunt
and hire CEOs and support them in setting up the business, hiring key staff
and producing results.
Ahmad has led a transformation of business strategy at DBS and DRC,
adding new business lines that have expanded the company’s range of services
for clients as well as candidates. Under his leadership, DBS and DRC have
experienced rapid growth, with a footprint that now extends across 15
countries.
Before taking on his current role, he was the cofounder and managing
partner at Dubai Accounting Services (Dubacs) and City Center Contracting
(CCC) in the UAE.
Ahmad holds a degree in accounting from The University of Mu’ta
(Jordan) and is a strong believer in the power of social media as a powerful
recruitment and screening tool.
Before moving to Dubai, Imad worked with the Investment and Development
Authority of Lebanon (IDAL), providing support to entrepreneurs and
investors in setting up businesses in the country.
Since 2008 Imad has also taken on the role of business coach and mentor,
inspiring organizations and business executives to sculpt their ideas, define
their goals and make sound business decisions.
An expert in project life-cycle development, Imad has started up several
successful personal business ventures across various markets and industries.
He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Florida Tech and an Executive-Level
MBA from the University of Phoenix.
