BRINGING SMILES ONE TOY AT A TIME
Each person is asked to bring one unwrapped gift
for Andrea’s Closet. (www.andreascloset.com) This
should be something appropriate for a child who
is undergoing extended medical treatment. This
would include leukemia, burn victims and other
illnesses that require repeated hospital visits. It
should be something to bring them comfort and
distraction from their pain, such as craft projects,
which will take time to complete, activity games,
models, children’s books and stuffed animals. Ages
through teen years.

Liability & Release
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators release and discharge the
State of Arizona, Maricopa County, City of Phoenix, The Brass Armodillo, Mopars Unlimited of Arizona and all other officers, agents,
representatives, directors, employees or servants affiliated with the aforementioned agencies, clubs or organizations, or anyone
else connected with the Phoenix in the Spring show, from any and all known and unknown causes whatsoever that may be suffered by
any entrant, participant or spectator to his/her person or property. Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants and/or their
guests due to behavior deemed unacceptable during any and all activities of this show, including the right of eviction from the premises if
necessary. No exhibition of speed or burnouts will be permitted at any time on the premises or on the streets nearby. No alcohol or dogs
(except service animals) will be allowed at any time on the premises. The Brass Armadillo is a smoke-free facility and no smoking will
be permitted anywhere on the premises. Swap/Vendors permitted at the discretion of Mopars Unlimited of Arizona. Show will be held
rain or shine-no refunds for any reason. The entrant acknowledges, by his/her signature on reverse, as having read and understood the
above and waives all claims as outlined within.
