Family Programming is designed to allow alumni to enjoy their weekend while
knowing that their children will be entertained and cared for by Washington
University staff, current students, and professional nannies from TLC for Kids.
Family Programming is divided into three recommended tracks to ensure age
appropriate and engaging activities for all participants.
Wash. U.
Legacies
Ages 12-18
Older children will
explore many facets
of campus life at
Wash U. Current
undergraduate students will lead a variety
of tours on campus, including a visit to
Harvey Media Center to see the WUTV
and KWUR Stations.
Bear Club
Ages 3-12
Children will join in
engaging activities
that are both exciting
and educational.
Activities include arts
& crafts and a Mad Scientist presentation.
Children will also enjoy a magic show and
decorating a T-shirt.
Baby Bears
Ages 3 & Under
Child care is available
for infants and
toddlers during both
Family Programming
Sessions. Care and
age-appropriate activities will be provided
by staff from TLC, and supervised by
Washington University staff. Parents will
need to provide any necessary supplies.

During Reunion, name tags are
required to access many weekend
events. For that reason, we ask that
alumni and guests wear their official
name tag to all events. If your name
tag is lost or incorrect, visit the
Welcome Center to request a new
name tag.
Reservations
Guests participating in our many
reservation-required events will
need to check in upon arriving at the
events. No tickets will be provided.
Registered guests will be included on
a guest list at the entrance to each
event.
Child Care
Children are welcome at many events,
including Family Progamming designed
for children ages 18 and under (see
page 12 for details). If you need a
sitter, contact TLC for Kids, a licensed
temporary child care service, at

Smoke Free Policy: All University
spaces are non-smoking.
Water Bottle Policy: Because of concerns
about the environmental impact
of bottled water, the University no
longer sells bottled water or offers
bottled water at events. Faculty, staff,
students, and guests are encouraged
to drink tap water and use reusable
water containers.
Campus Stores
Campus Parking: Parking may be limited.
Complimentary parking is available
for guests in the Danforth University
Center Garage all day on Friday and
Saturday. Friday after 4:00 pm and all
day Saturday and Sunday, guests may
park in any yellow spaces on campus.
Transportation: Class Party Shuttles
will run Saturday evening, April 12,
between local hotels and campus.
