Fine-grained with high percentage of Titanium General steel and alloyed steel; Hardened steel SGP200 below 45HRC; Stainless steel applications General Purpose grade with a new PVD-Cr coating for excellent balance of fracture and wear resistance. It guarentees “cutting edge long life” on general steel and stainless steel. Alloyed steel and hardened steel SMD300 below 48HRC; Interrupted cutting applications Tough grade with extra fine-grade substrated. PVD- Cr coating. Suggested for Interrupted machining and mould and die industries. Hardened steel below HRC50; SSA300 Cast Iron, GG, GGG “Hybrid grade” with highly tough substrate added with Tantalium component.
