THE TEAM BUILDING
The “team building” term defines the selection and motivation of the working teams.
More precisely, it concerns the fact of comparing the daily work theory to the practice
in a human resource development system.

To reinforce the participants' physical and psychological capacities in
order to have their anticipation and reacftion abilities improve. To
improve cohesion thanks to a work and an analysis of the workshops in

Participants need to be able to withslands a hundred meter run with obstacles
and to provide a medical certificate not showing any contra-indications to
physical activities and to the practice of sports.

Discover the Encierro (bull run) in a highly informative guided tour by
those who have run with the bulls many times. Review safety
measures. Walk the entire bull run circuit, discuss the challenges in
each section, the runner's philosophy and run techniques used, ow
to react in case of fall or accident, what should never be done,
indispensable certainties, how to place oneself before (in front of) the
horns, meet one's goals, and how to exit the run properly.

Julen Madina was born in 1954 in San SebastiÌn (Guipúzcoa). He lives in
Hernani.
He graduated in Entrepreneurial Sciences and in Physical Training.
He is currently a martial art national coach: judo (6th dan), jiujitsu (5th
dan) and self defense (4th dan).
During the first part of the day, he provides physical education as a high
rank technician. In the afternoons, he participates in television sets for
Basque televisions Euskal Telebista 1 and 2.
Julen Madina ran his first encierro in Pamplona back in 1971.

Emmanuel de Marichalar was born in Paris in 1961. He lives in Biarritz on
the French Basque Coast.
He holds a Paris Commerce and Industry diploma (degree?) and began his
professional career as a management controller in the construction and
international shipping fields.
He his the author of "Le souffle dans le dos" 1997 (Breath in the Back)
dedicated to the Pamplona encierro.
He has worked on behalf of various press, radio and TV mediums.

He has launched his company, Mediadour, which specializes in the

Emmanuel de Marichalar ran his first Pamplona encierro back in 1985.
