LOCATION
Situated in the heart of Prague, Lesser Quarter, just steps
away from the Charles Bridge and St. Nicholas Cathedral and
within walking distance of Prague Castle, Old Town Square
and many more of this famous city´s most acclaimed
attractions, you will find the Aria Hotel Prague.
VRTBA GARDEN is Prague’s oldest Baroque garden.
This magnificent landmark is on the UNESCO World
Heritage List. The garden is located directly next to the hotel
and guests can access it through a private entrance and enjoy the
expansive views of the city.
HISTORY
The hotel opened its doors in September 2003 and was
designed by Italian company SPATIUM – architects Rocco
Magnoli and Lorenzo Carmellini, best known for their work
with fashion legend Gianni Versace . They transformed the
modest gray stone and yellow stucco complex of buildings
into surprising, elegant and fascinating musical-themed setting.
ACCOMMODATION 51 Guestrooms spread over four floors each dedicated to a specific
genre - Contemporary, Classical, Opera and Jazz.
Featured artists include Brahms, Bernstein for Classical;
Elvis Presley and Beatles for Contemporary; Maria Callas and Mozart
for Opera and Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong for Jazz.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and soundproof.
Additional features include marble bathrooms with Molton
Brown amenities, satellite flat screen televisions, Apple TV, DVD
player, free high-speed internet access, minibar, Hi-Fi sound system,
In-room iPads and full valet service.
Luxury Suites have separated bedrooms and are equipped with a
kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and Illy coffee maker.
SPECIAL SUITES
Mozart Suite – is the presidential suite dedicated to Wolfgang
Amadeus Mozart, who first visited Prague as a
child prodigy and later premiered his famous opera Don
Giovanni in this magical city. The suite features two bedrooms
with adjecent two bathrooms, living room with dining table,
kitchenette, guest bathroom and high tech equipment.
Large windows in the suite offer its guests a majestic view of the
Vrtba Garden.
Billie Holiday Suite is a luxurious loft suite featuring high ceilings
and lovely view of Vrtba Garden. The suite is furnished in
modern style, which gives it an airy feeling. Fit for a member of
jazz royalty, offering a master bedroom with king size bed, large
wing chair and spacious closet and kitchentte with dining table,
this suite provides its guests with ample space for both
relaxation and working.
RESTAURANT
CODA Restaurant, with its acclaimed Chef David Šašek,
is one of the most prominent restaurants in Prague.
Winter Garden is a great comfortable space and provides a
daylight throughout the glass roof. The private salon of
the restaurant is equipped in Renaissance style and boasts 30
seats.
In the summer months guests can enjoy rooftop dining at the
CODA Rooftop Terrace restaurant, which serves appetizing food
and wine while offering guests 360° panoramic views of Prague
and holds up to 35 guests.
All meals are served on Rosenthal´s plates with music
caricatures – limited edition made only for CODA Restaurant.
FACILITIES
MUSIC LIBRARY – The hotel’s wide selection of CDs, DVDs and
music literature spans every music genre and satisfies
all music lovers. The hotel‘s Music Director Dr Ivana Stehlikova
holds PhD in Musicology. Music Library is now accessible from
each room and all public spaces via Apple TV device.
SCREENING ROOM – private cinema where guests can
enjoy their favorite movie. Seating up to 30 in theatre style,
the Screening Room features state-of-the-art technology
including Wilson speakers and comfortable cinema armchairs.
The Screening Room is available for personal entertainment
purposes or business functions.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM – meeting room which seats
up to 10 people, is equipped with state-of-the-art
conference and meeting facilities.
MUSIC SALON – decorated in opulent hues of red and gold.
This intimated room has comfortable leather
seating and a cozy fireplace.
FITNESS CENTER is a private fitness center with state-of-the art
equipment. Set in elegant surroundings, it offers
our guests the ultimate fitness and relaxation with breathtaking
views over the Vrtba Garden. The fitness center offers
services including private training sessions, steam room,
sauna and massages.
