Chairman's Message
SIENIT International Engineering and Contracting Co. LLC is a national UAE limited liability company
falling under the umbrella of “ The Specialized Investment Group “, and works in partnership with
SIENIT Bulgarian Co., in the field of construction in the UAE since 2005, and in base with the manners
adopted by European construction and engineering companies while collaborating with the local
expertise of UAE companies. Following its incorporation” SIENIT “ has contributed in implementing
many of the construction works and architectural engineering in the state to be added with those
projects carried out in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European countries. SIENIT specialized
in the construction of buildings, facilities maintenance, paving roads, landscaping, parks, green
grounds, for more than eight years in the UAE. The success of SIENIT is based on its commitment
to modern techniques in the management of operations and development plans and hiring systems,
institutional quality and work according to the guidelines of strategic planning in the management
of the business, and such system of managerial principles in addition to the superior human capital
enjoyed by the company , had a larger impact on the company to attend new areas and to have
access to the premium quality of works and projects in the fields of construction, buildings and
other engineering works successfully, enabling and qualifying the company to win the international
quality certificate ISO 9001:2008. The company will continue its role in meeting the requirements of
its customers and strengthen its financial position, and stability in the labor market, and to enrich
the competencies of its basic departments and divisions to improve the level of business offerings
to customers and provide a competitive business environment to suit the needs of its employees
also to develop and participate in programs designed to serve the community and the achievement
of the company's leadership at the local, regional and global this has enabled the company to gain
the trust and respect of its customers, and its leadership in the sector of general contracting, which
is reflected in the size of large projects that have been completed during the past years, and the
ambitions of the company continues to remain one of the best corporate performers in the Middle
East and the United Arab Emirates accompanied by a firm belief that our strategy will ensure the
achievement of those preferences. The company has executed many projects in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain
and all around the UAE, and we look forward for SIENIT to maintain its leadership position among
customers in the UAE and the Middle East. I would like to conclude my speech stating that « SIENIT

Introduction
The Infrastructure in every country is seen as an integrated system and is usually taken as benchmark
to judge the level of growth and progress that has reached by that country or region, economies
believe that the most important elements of the infrastructure is in roads, bridges, the generation
and distribution of electricity, water purification, sewage systems, the establishment of hospitals,
schools, and other communication systems, which which is needed for. Infrastructure for the UAE
and other GCC formed the strong foundation for all the manifestations of the construction boom
and economic growth experienced over the past four decades , and naturally the engineering firms
and Building Contracting companies played the key role in the implementation of this mutation.

SIENIT International experienced the development take over in the UAE, and was a part of it,
through the establishment of various joint ventures with foreign and local companies, the company has many of the construction projects with the assistance of the highest quality equipment
and engineers specialists and technical workers trained, where the company depends on the selfimplementation to ensure the smooth functioning of the business. SIENIT today deem to be a
specialized company in providing outstanding services in the field of general contracting, construction, building and development and roads and maintenance, the company has gained this goodwill
over four decades and has achieved through it a rapid growth, and thus was able to consolidate
its presence in the market and enhance the knowledge of the needs of the customers making it a
company with extensive experience in the field of work and have the ability to carry out construction and engineering works with high efficiency and excellence both in the UAE and in Bulgaria and
the other countries of the Middle East and Africa. SIENIT employs highly qualified engineers and
administrators with extensive experience in their field, and is keen on training and development
on a permanent basis in order to cope with the latest developments in administrative sciences or
engineering as the company is keen to provide the highest level of business, and the company
care on its employees to provide the best medical and social services, which affects positively on
the performance of employees and maintains their sense of belonging to the family of SIENIT. The
company is characterized by knowing the change in labor market requirements and understanding

General contracting and construction
This department cater after the implementation of all types of engineering and construction projects
supported with a group of staff owning efficiency and higher training in addition to the availability
of all modern equipment that enables it to carry all types of related tasks, such as:
• Buildings and residential complexes .
• Commercial buildings.
• Industrial buildings.
• Headquarters of companies and institutions.
• Tourist facilities.
These works include business facilities and services such as : finishing works, electrical works,
such as elevators and escalators, electric control tools, electricity generators, power systems,
refrigeration and air conditioning units, swimming pools, entertainment and comfort, and other
services and benefits . The company is also implementing road projects and asphalting roads ,
implementation water, sanitation, demolition, backfilling and soil removing .

Metal construction
The role of this department include, hardware from iron and steel, panels, bars, tubes, pipes,
normal and electronic gates regular entry and electronic, all types of rails, fences, barbed metal,
sheds and covers, bridges, corridors, stairways and any business or metal constructions.
Hangers and metal structures
Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of all types of metal buildings and structures, sheds,
concrete foundations and tanks of all measurements.

Maintenance
General Maintenance : The company provides operation and maintenance services for all business:
mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning, fire alarm, fire fighting, swimming pools.
Architecture Maintenance
• General maintenance for houses and buildings, villas, residential complexes public facilities and
mosques.
• All types of finishes and renovations.
• Maintenance work include : (construction, painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc. .. )
Other maintenance work
• Decoration and installation of ceramic tiles and plaster works.
• Water and heat proofing.
• The extension and maintenance of drainage systems, water leaks treating.
• The extension and maintenance of gas networks and leak detection.

Design and landscaping (gardening, landscaping, agriculture)
The high temperature over most of the months of the year, lead to high demand for plantation,
landscaping and irrigation services. And many cities, parks and public buildings, would like to
establish a good environment framework surrounding them, while companies and municipalities
need solutions systems for irrigation. Such services include the establishment of irrigation systems,
operation and maintenance of the of the internal and external maintenance and operation of
irrigation systems and maintenance, landscaping, and the management and operation of plant
nursery.

of many of the training and rehabilitation, which contributed to increasing the performance of
employees in various departments in different areas of administrative and technical aspects, so as
to meet the requirements of different types of requirements. The company cares after employees
