VIP BOTTLE SERVICE RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This reservation is for tableside bottle service, which includes a designated VIP section, personal server, mixers (excluding Red Bull
and bottled water), condiments, complimentary express entry into The B.O.B., and eve with no wait in line. Cover charge will be
waived for your group when your minimum purchase is met. Please note that one bottle of liquor is required per 10 guests.

Per the MLCC, bottles will not remain inside the VIP section. A server must pour all drinks from your bottle in your presence.
All guests must adhere to eve’s dress code – Please see attached.
The B.O.B. does not admit guests into the building after 1AM. Re-entry is premitted until 2AM. Guests under 21 are not permitted.
Michigan law requires partially-consumed bottles of alcohol to be forfeited at the close of business. Bottles are not permitted outside of your VIP section or the nightclub.
Any incidentals or damage will be charged to the credit card on file. Guests deemed over-intoxicated will be politely asked to leave their
section & will not remain inside The B.O.B. (This decision will be at management’s & security’s discretion)

arrangements are made. If your group fails to arrive, a $100 non-refundable charge will be made to the cc on file, and your
reservation will be forfeited. Please bring the cc on file the night of your reservation or you may select another form of payment
upon arrival. Please note that we require a valid cc and ID upon seating. A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill for service.

NIGHTCLUB DRESS CODE:
We strive to maintain a level of excellence in our nightlife establishment,
and we ask that you help us maintain that level by complying with the following:
Footwear:
• Dress & Casual shoes in like-new condition preferred.
• Any sneakers or sandals must be unsoiled & in like-new condition.
• Work-style boots, White athletic shoes, and athletic flip flops are not permitted.
Pants:
• Must be form- fitting and worn at the waist. Excessively worn, ripped or torn pants are not permitted.
• Shorts may not be excessively baggy and the length may not exceed the knee.
• Pants must fit properly over the tops of shoes, without an excessive number of breaks.
• Athletic apparel, draw strings, joggers, board shorts, swimwear, and camouflage are not permitted.
Shirts:
• Designer T-Shirts and collared shirts only (ie. Express, American Eagle, A&F, etc).
• All shirts must be form- fitting; any ripped, stained, or over-sized/baggy shirts are not permitted.
• All shirts must have sleeves. Tank tops and muscle shirts are not permitted.
• Any shirts with verbiage that may be considered offensive are not permitted.
• Plain white undershirts, jerseys, camouflage & athletic apparel are not permitted.
Hats:
• All forms of baseball caps (any long/flat billed caps with a pin on top) are not permitted – no exceptions.
• Stocking hats & all forms of beanies are not permitted - no exceptions.
• Fedoras, paperboy hats, & short brimmed caps are allowed.
Accessories:
• No bandanas.
• Excessively long or large jewelry must remain inside one’s wardrobe.
• Sunglasses may not be worn inside the building at any time.
• Please use our complimentary coat check for large seasonal outerwear and outdoor hoodies.

Tableside bottle service includes a designated VIP section for the entire evening, personal server,
mixers (excluding Red Bull and bottled water), condiments, and complimentary express entry with
no wait in line. Should you or your party have any special requests, please inquire. Gratuity is not
included in the bottle prices. All bottle service reservations will be charged a 20% gratuity for service.
