The HANNAN® Automatic 411 T Skin Packaging/Vacuum Forming Machine has been engineered
for reliability, high productivity, and efficient sustainable use of space and energy.
Many of the design concepts and innovations of the HANNAN® Fully Automatic 420 T Series
machine line have been incorporated into this machine. While the 411 T may not be as automated,
it has been built to the same exacting standards resulting in maximum operator visibility of the
packaging/vacuum forming area and easier operation when loading, unloading, or vacuum forming.
The HANNAN® 411 T is designed with standard features such a fully cantilevered oven, film frame
and film roll carrier allow for smooth, efficient production flow and high visibility during the loading
sequence. The heavy-duty high efficiency tubular heating elements allow for long life and immediate
heat (No “Heat-Up” or “Cool-Down” Cycles) to wait for. And with a user friendly control system
minimum of maintenance and operator skill is needed saving your company time and money.
HANNAN® also manufactures printed stock and custom skin packaging cards and supplies a variety
of skin packaging films that will slash the cost and complexity of your next packaging/forming
production project.

2 - Pull out the oven initiating the automatic heat cycle.

3 - When film is completely sealed,
push oven back, automatically
turning off vacuum turbines. Open
film clamp. Pull sealed master
card to the right hand side of
frame and re-clamp frame. Film is
now pre-loaded for next cycle.
4 - Push frame “up” button and machine is ready for next cycle.
