Patrons of all ages can join beginning Monday, May 18 at any Lafayette Public Library location. They can also participate in free programs like storytelling, crafts, music, puppetry and more. Children can earn prizes at two levels, based on the number of minutes the child has read. Pick up a paper reading log from the library or log online at . Top prizes include a superhero bookbag, a dog tag and a chance to win a grand prize bicycle! The South Regional Library will host an Summer Reading Kickoff Celebration on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. In addition to the performances listed to the right, kids can enjoy a fun jump, a walk through a colorful children’s book, crafts, tattoos and more.
