of the Environment, Community and Local Government for a licence
under the said Act to carry out investigation works between Freagh
Point and Spanish Point, Co. Clare
A copy of the application, and the relevant maps, plans, reports and
drawings, is available for inspection for the next 21 working days, free
of charge, at Ennistymon Garda Station, Ennistymon, Co. Clare
The documentation is also available on the Department’s website

Any person who wishes to make an objection to, or a representation
in respect of the grant of the licence sought should do so in writing,
giving reasons, within 21 working days of publication of this Notice

Wexford or [email protected]. The closing date for submissions is
close of business on 3 September 2012.
All objections and representations received will be forwarded to the
