All persons attending the sale and related functions do so at their own risk. Each owner and Lowderman Auction Options
assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident which may occur.
Bids
For those who wish to participate in the sale and are unable to attend, you may contact any one of the owners or sale staff
members to represent you in the bidding. You will need to realize this will be a binding agreement between you and the person
representing you. You can be assured all requests will be handled professionally and in complete confidence. We recommend you
make arrangements prior to the start of the sale with one of the owners or sale staff members so you will be assured
participation.
Responsibility of the Seller
1) All transfer of embryos is between the buyer and the seller.
2) It is the responsibility of the seller to deliver the frozen genetics to the buyer by accommodating the buyers shipping
instructions and arrangements. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

1) The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
2) The buyer MUST pay for their purchases prior to March 20, 2016.
3) The buyer must contact the seller to notify them of their COMPLETE SHIPPING instructions. NO exceptions!
4) Also, buyers should note that the seller will not deliver the embryos until complete payment is made by the buyer.
6) Buyers have until February 20, 2017, to arrange delivery of embryos or all money and embryos are forfeited.
Rules of the Sale
The auctioneer shall settle any or all disputes. Any announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over any
printed material in the book or supplemental sheets furnished on sale day.

Cash or check. All purchases will be required to be settled for on the day of the sale, prior to release. The owners must agree
upon all other arrangements. Interest on unpaid purchases will equal to 18% per year.
