BY A FAMILY GLASS BUSINESS.

CLEAR

lines to mimic glass (a nod to the bride’s family-owned glass manufacturing
company). he design also included details inspired by the pattern on
Christina’s wedding gown and her Tacori engagement ring. heir circular
monogram design was featured throughout the wedding.

House which she paired with a sparkly statement necklace and crystal earrings
from Tara Fava Jewellery. Hair and makeup services were provided by Nicole
Richards & Co.

BOUQUETS
Daniela Perri and her team from D&D Floral Designs Inc. created all of
the loral designs including the bride’s oversized bouquet made of all-white
phalaenopsis orchids. Christina’s bridesmaids carried bouquets made of roses
in pretty shades of white, purple and pink.

RECEPTION
DETAILS
A glamorous reception followed at the Richmond
Hill Country Club. Cocktail hour was hosted
outside on the lawns of the club where a jazz
trio from Hartshorn-Walton Music serenaded
guests. he Richmond Hill Country Club served
a collection of tasty hors d’oeuvres along with the
couple’s blush-hued signature drink. Guests also
enjoyed various lavours of alcoholic and nonalcoholic snow cones provided by Sweet Ice Snow
Cones.
Inside, Susan Murray of Susan Murray
International worked in conjunction with
D&D Floral Designs Inc. to create a dreamy, airy
atmosphere. Susan Murray and her team draped
the walls in white and shimmery silver fabric, and
provided all of the couture linen for the event.
Tables were covered with crystal overlays to echo
the design of Christina’s gown. Table numbers were
displayed on clear, lucite slabs—another homage to
her family’s glass business.
Guest tables were decorated with two types of low,
loral centrepieces that were placed along the edge
of tables and in silver julep cups. he individual
guest place settings featured alternating wedding
favors; either mini bottles of Patrón or cookies
with sugar orchids from White Cakery Co. Crystal
Chiavari chairs decorated with cascading orchids
and tufted pillows were placed at the head table. A
white dance loor printed and installed by Dance
Floor Décor featuring the couple’s monogram
added to the glamorous feel of the space.
SWEET
FINALE
White Cakery Co. created the couple’s three-tier
wedding cake. he cake was covered with sugar
pearls and sugar orchids. “he use of orchids
integrated with the loral decor and balanced the
pearl texture perfectly,” says Christina.
A samba show from Bongo & B Entertainment
kicked-of the evening festivities, and a DJ from
Impact Entertainment had the dance loor packed
all night long.
“It was a luxurious day from start to inish,” recalls
Christina. he couple followed their dream
wedding with a three-week honeymoon in Paris
and Italy.
