Register for the program of choice and check the box on the registration form that states, “I need a modification because of a disability to enjoy this programming.” At least two weeks in advance. 2. Contact Annette Reese at (217) 585-2941 or [email protected]. 3. Through meeting(s), observation, etc., it will be determined if inclusion in a chosen program would be appropriate and beneficial, and if an inclusion aide is needed. 4.
