Ameriplan memberships include everyone living in the primary member’s household. *Non-medical discounts include Office Depot, Dell Computers, Sprint, JCP Portraits & Free Conference Calling. **Hospital Advocacy has been enhanced to include Hospital Bill Negotiation services that pre-dates a members enrollment date along with many other cost saving services. 2. Beginning Tuesday, September, 1 2015 Membership fees may only be paid by Credit Card or Debit Card . Beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2015, you may become an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with AmeriPlan for only $24.95 per year. This annual enrollment fee includes your IBO back office, E-commerced enable websites, downloadable brochures and applications and training. Annual IBO fees may only be paid by credit card or debit card. IBO RECRuITMEnT COST In order to become an AmeriPlan IBO you must pay your annual enrollment fee and either buy or sell a Dental Plus, MedPlus or Combo membership. The total cost to become a "Commission Qualified" IBO is $69.95 or $99.95 Breakdown Dental Plus Or Med Plus: $24.95 – IBO Annual Enrollment Fee $25.00 – Membership fee (Dental Plus or Med Plus) Breakdown Combo: $24.95 – IBO Annual Enrollment Fee $40.00 – Membership fee (Includes Dental Plus & Med Plus) $20.00 – One-time membership registration fee $35.00 – One-time membership registration fee $69.95 – Total due $99.95 – Total due IBO COMMISSIOnS All IBO commissions will now pay 40%. This new compensation plan will offer higher upfront advance commissions for both IBO and member enrollments. A new IBO can earn over $1000 in their first 30 days, if they fast track to RSD. This new commission structure will offer higher commissions the more IBO's you recruit. IBO ADVAnCE COMMISSIOnS fOR MEMBERSHIPS 1st Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $40.00 (4 month advance commission) 2nd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $50.00 (5 month advance commission) 3rd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $60.00 (6 month advance commission) 4th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $70.00 (7 month advance commission) 5th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $80.00 (8 month advance commission) 6th – 10th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $90.00 (9 month advance commissions) 11th + Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $100.00 (10 month advance commissions) IBOs will have the option to switch to As Earned commissions through their back office. The advance commission payout will reset at the beginning of each month. (Example: if you are being paid $100.00 per member in the month of August, on September 1st your advance commissions will reset and you will be paid $40.00 for your first member enrollment in September and it will increase for each member enrolled that month. 3. IBO ADVAnCE COMMISSIOnS fOR COMBO MEMBERSHIPS 1st Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $64.00 (4 month advance commission) 2nd Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $80.00 (5 month advance commission) 3rd Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $96.00 (6 month advance commission) 4th Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $112.00 (7 month advance commission) 5th Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $128.00 (8 month advance commission) 6th – 10th Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $144.00 (9 month advance commissions) 11th + Combo Qualified IBO Recruited Each Month = $160.00 (10 month advance commissions) IBOs will have the option to switch to As Earned commissions through their back office. (Example: if you are being paid $160.00 per member in the month of August, on September 1st your advance commissions will reset and you will be paid 64.00 for your first combo member enrollment in September and it will increase for each member enrolled that month. MEMBER COMMISSIOnS All Member commissions will continue to pay 40% and like the IBO Commissions the more you enroll the more you make. COMBO MEMBERSHIP COMMISSIOnS 1st Combo Member Enrolled Each Month = $32.00 (2 month advance commission) 2nd Combo Member Enrolled Each Month = $48.00 (3 month advance commission) 3rd Combo Member Enrolled Each Month = $64.00 (4 month advance commission) 4th + Combo Member Enrolled Each Month = $80.00 (5 month advance commission) IBOs will have the option to switch to As Earned commissions through their back office. 4. The advance commission payout will reset at the beginning of each month. (Example: if you are being paid $80.00 per combo member in the month of August, on September 1st your advance commissions will reset and you will be paid $32.00 for your first combo member enrollment in September and it will increase for each member enrolled that month. CHARgEBACkS All unearned advance commissions will be subject to chargebacks. Chargebacks will be deducted from your personal residual commissions, if funds are available. If there is not sufficient personal residual commissions to cover your chargebacks each month, then the deficient amount will be deducted from your Team Residual Commissions* to a maximum of 25%. You will always receive a minimum of 75% of your Team Residual Commissions regardless of the amount of your chargebacks each month. * Changed terminology of Builders Bonus to Team Residual IBO PROSPECTIng TOOl IBOs will have the opportunity to enhance their prospecting through social networking and phone contacts. Every New IBO will receive a personalized link they can share with their social network friends and phone contacts. This link will include a short video explaining the Dental Plus and Med Plus memberships. New IBO’s will also receive a short video explaining the Business Opportunity. Both videos will include a “join now” button so that the referrals will be directed to the IBOs website. Prior to viewing the membership video each prospect will be asked to register their Name, E-mail address and Cell number. This will give the New IBO a bank of prospects for future membership or opportunity campaigns. PROMOTIng TO REgIOnAl SAlES DIRECTOR Beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2015 you can promote to Regional Sales Director by enrolling 10 Qualified IBOs or 10 Members. New Regional Sales Director will receive a Sales Director contract, RSD pins and be eligible for RSD Performance Bonuses. Once the RSD contract is attained the RSD will receive “Performance Bonuses”: • 5% of the Monthly Revenues on business written by your first Qualified RSD’s Sales Group • 10% of the Monthly Revenues on business written by your second Qualified RSD’s Sales Group • 15% on all of your frontline RSD’s Sales Group Monthly Revenues once you promote your 3rd Qualified RSD which will make you a SRSD 5. Beginning Monday, September 1, 2015 PROGRAM All New IBOs may Fast Track by recruiting 10 Qualified IBOs or enrolling 10 Members or any combination of Qualified IBOs and Members. Any new IBO will have thirty (30) days from their start date to complete their Fast Track to RSD. A qualified Fast Track RSD will receive a Fast Track Bonus of $300* We are making it easier to promote to the other pin levels. To be “commission qualified” at each pin level you must have the following: SRSD = 3 Qualified RSDs* ESD = 6 Qualified RSDs* SESD = 9 Qualified RSDs* nSD = 12 Qualified RSDs* *A Qualified RSD must have a minimum of $100 (4 active members/IBOs) or more in MR each month. This $100 MR requirement will not apply to any IBO with an active date prior to September 1, 2015 All existing IBOs and Sales Directors who have not reached the level of NSD or above will have to promote under the new qualifications, effective September 1, 2015. However, you will get credit for your current Pin Level, whether or not your RSDs are qualified. Example: If you are currently a SRSD and only have one Qualified RSD direct to to, you only need 3 new Qualified RSDs (total of 6 RSDs) to promote to ESD. 6. *All business used to promote to any Fast Track level is subject to verification and audit. AmeriPlan may hold the Bonus until the business is verified as good business. AmeriPlan reserves the right to chargeback prize monies paid out if warranted. SAlES TEAM BOnuS As a Sales Director you will now have an opportunity to earn a $500 Sales Team Bonus when your Sales Team enrolls 50 or more members in a month. That's an additonal $6,000 per year. A Sales Team is comprised of the Sales Directors personally recruited Qualified IBOs and their IBOs and membership enrollments until an IBO reaches RSD. Once they reach RSD they will begin to build their own Sales Team and be eligible to participate in the Sales Team Bonus. SAlES DIRECTORS TOP PRODuCERS TRIP AnD CASH BOnuS! To qualify, we we will take a snapshot of you and your Sales Teams last 12 months of membership production and if in that 12 months you and your Sales Team have enrolled a minimum of 50 memberships each month and at least 450 are still active the Sales Director will qualify for a trip and a Cash Bonus of $10,000. Winners will get to choose from a list of destinations, i.e. Las Vegas, Cancun, Key West, New York and many more. All trips will be for two, the Sales Director and their guest. AMERIPlAn IS gOIng DIgITAl!!!!!!! Effective September 1, 2015, AmeriPlan will discontinue issuing Bloom Bucks. The Sales Store will be closed effective January 1, 2016. All brochures, applications and other forms will be available in the E- kit located in the IBO back office. We will be enhancing the E-kit with training videos. We will no longer ship IBO kits, as everyone will have access to the E-kit through their back office. There will be no additional 7. Become a member of the exclusive Ameriplan Cadillac Club! Effective September 1, 2015 the new Cadillac Club qualifications are: At any time your Earned Income* is $50,000 in any 12 month period you will qualify to drive a Cadillac and AmeriPlan will make the payment. Once you have qualified AmeriPlan will make arrangements for you to take delivery of the Cadillac of your choice at a local dealership. The vehicle will be on a four (4) year lease in your name. The lease payments will be made directly to the lender each month by AmeriPlan. You are responsible for any state property tax, full coverage insurance and regular maintenance. This change will not affect any IBO or Sales Director with an active date prior to September 1, 2015. Current Cadillac Club members are Grandfathered under the existing rules. *Earned Income will include advances, personal and team residuals. 8. AmeriPlan’s Cadillac Club Rules: You will need to maintain $4000 or more in Earned Income*, each month for AmeriPlan to continue to make 100% of the payments. Each month you will need to qualify by maintaining $4000 or more in monthly Earned Income*, if your monthly income falls between $3,999 and $3,000 you will be responsible for 50% of your lease payment, if your income falls between $2,999 and $2,000 you will be responsible for 75% of your lease payment, if your income falls below $2,000 you will be responsible for 100% of the lease payment. AmeriPlan will make the payment to the leasing company deducting the amount you are responsible for from your Trust Account. You may choose not to participate in the Cadillac Club.
