15th May
 The Week Friday, 15th May
2015
Dear Parents,
Mr Marriott, The Board and I are delighted to announce that
we have secured our staffing for the next academic year. We
have conducted a series of interviews and are pleased that we
have had good fields to appoint from. We have also thought
long and hard about the best year group combinations for next
year to ensure that there are strong and effective teams in each
year group and in each phase of your children’s education.
With the new organisation to the curriculum there are 4
phases of education. These are Early Years, including the
reception classes, Key stage 1, which includes years 1 and 2,
Lower key stage 2 ( years 3 and 4) and upper key stage 2
which is years 5 and 6. Not only have we ensured strong year
group teams, we have also ensured strong phase teams too.
I am confident that Mr Marriott will be leading a very strong
team of teachers and support staff next year and I am
delighted by the new members of staff that we have managed
to appoint to replace those staff not renewing contracts this
September. A full list of staffing for next year will be placed
on the website, soon. The class teachers will be as follows:

Yr RC Assembly
In our assembly we said that pushes and pull make things move. Then we told the
story ‘Whatever Next’, about a bear who wanted to go to the moon. Baby Bear used
everyday objects that he could find at home to imagine. He met some stars and
aliens. When he came back home his mother thought he was just telling a story!
Was he…?!
Our next assembly will be Yr 1C on Friday, 22nd May at 7:15am. Tea and coffee available from 7:00am.
All are welcome!
