Another important aspect of the job is the cleanliness of the equipment and kitchen appliances, which must be checked constantly; to make sure that it is all covered for, clean and ready to serve dishes with sublime cleanliness. Every night, when the day ends, all kitchens are cleaned and prepped for work the next day. The floors, walls, appliances and everything is cleaned to perfection in order to maintain the excellence of the kitchen as well as preventing any unforeseen risks. Even though the Green Kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and knocked off the tables and the set-up.
