Booking Procedure:

CC #, needed to secure / confirm reservation and to be held as security deposit during rental.
Amount of deposit is 50% of the total rental, payable in the form of bank check or money order no
later than 7 days from reservation date, please sent Priority Mail (charged to CC #, if deposit not
received within 7 days plus 5% s/c.) to:

Balance due 30 days prior to rental date, payable by check or money order.
For reservations made without that time frame, a bank check or money order MUST be sent by
OVERNITE mail ONLY, for the full amount of rental.
Credit card payments are possible but you agree to an addition of 5% s/c (our listed prices are
cash/check quotes).
There’s also an additional charge of $50 for Holiday arrival.
Check Out time on all houses by 10:00AM, Check In time 3:00PM, strictly enforced. Same applies for
Car Rental generally.
Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations 30 days or more before rental date will get 50% deposit refunded if unit is re-rented.
- Cancellations within 30 days, NO REFUND unless unit is re-rented, then 50% of the TOTAL only.
- In any other circumstances a minimum of $250.00 is retained for administrative costs.
**Guests agree to inform Rainbow Realty of EXACT time of arrival and means thereof at least 1
week prior to arrival, and to call in the event of ANY change even if 30 minutes prior from San Juan!
If our staff is there to meet you at the designated time and you are not there and have not advised
us of your delay, there will be a $50- $100 charge for inconvenience. Clients must also inform
Rainbow of EXACT departure time…Thank you for your cooperation!
