 Lehigh Valley Youth Soccer League How to Login and Report Scores In order to login to your team account (to report scores and perform any other options available in the team account menus) please follow these steps. Navigate to the LVYSL website at www.lvysl.org and choose CLUB DIRECTORY from the menu on the left-­‐hand side of the page. Once you have done that, choose your club from the list of clubs on the page. Choose your team from the list of teams in your club participating in the current LVYSL season. Choose the Team Log In function on the right side of the team title header. Enter the e-­‐mail address and PIN# that was e-­‐mailed to you when your team was entered into the current season in early August. If you have lost that information, choose the link at the bottom of the above screen to have it sent to you. Please note that you must use the same e-­‐mail address that was used when your club registrar entered your team. Every coach that was entered at that time would have received such an e-­‐mail. Once you have logged into your team account, you can report scores of games; add or delete other contacts for your team, manage the roster that displays on your team page (an optional feature that is not required by the league) and you can get contact information for other teams in your division. You MUST list both an e-­‐mail address and telephone number for either your coach or team manager – preferably both. If you click on the smaller tabs at the top of the page, you will find some other functions that will allow you to change the visual display of your team’s page as well as change your personal information (including your system-­‐generated password). If, at some point, you have trouble logging in you should first contact your club administrators. Those with administrative access to the LVYSL website have access to your personal PIN#. Do NOT contact the league first with problems of this nature. It is the responsibility of the clubs to manage the coaches and contacts within their own ranks. If, once you have contacted your club administrators, you are still having problems then contact the league at [email protected].
