“From the Mountain to the Valley we cover it all” Zone C-5 Zone Chair: Cindy Morey H-360-832-3965 [email protected] February 2015, Issue 8 Hello C-5 Clubs, Secretary: MaryAnn Shay H-360-829-1740 C-253-686-1850 [email protected] Bulletin Editor: Don Becker H-253-473-1855 [email protected] With spring getting close its time to think about gardens. Try to plant a little extra to support your local food bank. They can use all vegetables and fruits. Be sure to advertise your club events in the District calendar, you can’t get support from other clubs if they don’t know what is happening. Reminder to get your clubs action photos ready for the Spring Conference, this is a new bill board being set up for each zone. Dues are due to LCI and MD 19. Club Excellence Award I would like all C-5 clubs put in for this, this is do able, I have applications. CEP program I would like all C-5 clubs do this, if it’s been three years should be updated. Measles program, be sure to get your donations into LCI, whatever donation your club can afford is appreciated. “1 Dollar 1 Life”. Be sure to update all your information for the Roster, make sure your name, emails, and phone numbers are recent. There were a lot of mistakes last year; we don’t want to happen in the next roster. 3rd Zone meeting is at Orting, super bowl Sunday this is a morning meeting 8:00 AM, Your report is what does your club doing for fun. Associate Zone Chair Donna will be doing this meeting, Hope all of you can come and supporting Donna. Thank You all for doing great jobs with your clubs, most have new members and are planning fun events for all clubs in District to support. This has been a great year so far and I look forward to supporting and working with you, now and coming year. Your clubs can’t be a success without all your hard work. Thank You!!
