A message from Kathy Northington,
Calaveras County Superintendent of Schools
Hello and welcome to the 2015-2016 Calaveras County Public
Schools Directory.
In this publication you will find information regarding our four
school districts, as well as programs run by Calaveras County
Office of Education. This directory is continually updated
throughout the year, so you can get the most up to date
information.
Calaveras County schools serve approximately 6,000 students. The staff at each school site works
hard each and every day to provide a quality program for the students they serve, and to make sure
that our County students are prepared for their futures. This directory will help connect you to
those dedicated people.
Our school districts within Calaveras County are totally dedicated to their students, as are we at
Calaveras County Office of Education. Unfortunately, we are all being called upon to do more with
less; all too often our students are the ones who suffer. Great people, serving great kids, can still
make great futures. Please use this directory to help communicate with those who truly care about
our youth.
Thank you for supporting Calaveras County schools. Working together, we can ensure a brighter
future for all of our Calaveras County students.
Sincerely,
Kathy Northington
Superintendent of Schools
Achieving Excellence Together
