teens celebrating their 16th birthday. in this
magazine we take a look at why this mtv
show is so popular and the different types of
sweet 16 party's

my super sweet 16 recevied a lot of
negative publicity. the main problem with
the show is that it gives worng ideas to
pepole who turn 16. after seeing the show a
lot of 15 year olds expect big things for their
16th birthday and this leads to a lot of
disapointing sweet sixteens. The Daily Mail
said: "In an age of celebrity, where anyone
desperate and rich enough can get their 15
minutes of fame, the series is a depressing
indictment of our next generation's goals
and aspirations" displaying "the crippling
excesses of fame and capitalism that have
come to symbolise our society."
my super psycho sweet 16 is a film based
on my super sweet 16. it is an horror film.
the film follows two girls: an outcast named
Skye Rotter and Madison Penrose, a girl
who has been spoiled throughout her life.
Madison convinces her parents to re-open
the Roller-Dome (that Rotter's father once
owned) for her sweet sixteen party. The
Roller-Dome had been closed because a
series of brutal murders took place. Ten
years later, the killer comes back during her
party.

mtv's sweet 16 is a tv-show that aired for
the first time on january 18th 2005. the
show has 61 episodes. the end of the
orignal run was june 15th 2008. one
episode of my super sweet 16 runs for 22
minutes. mtv's my super sweet 16 also has
some special episodes, like my super swag
18 which featured Chris Brown. Chris
Brown is not the only celebrity who has an
episode of super sweet 16 because bow
wow, sean kingston and soeuja boy also
have their own separate episode of sweet
16

alot of other tv-shows, people and artist
made a statement about my super sweet
16. some of them were positive but most
people were not pleased with the show. the
tv-show south park made a parody of the
show. in this parody satan throws an over
the top haloween party. when planning his
party he finds out that the behavior of the
kids who are turning 16 is worse than his
own behavior. disney's shows Drake &
Josh, Cory in the house and the suite life of
Zack & Cody also made an episode about
