Seminar on Sustainable Construction 24‐25. november 2010 IVL Svenska Miljöinstitutet, Sweden Danish Technological Institute, Denmark SPIN seminar on Sustainable Construction The seminar will help SMEs to: • Gain new knowledge on energy efficient buildings • Learn about new, innovative, products for building energy efficient buildings • Establish new contacts • Several subjects that cover innovation in the building sector and ways to achieve energy efficient and environmental friendly construction will be addressed. Time is also allocated for exchange of experiences and matchmaking. Who shall attend? The SPIN seminar is intended for the small and medium sized companies involved in the construction industry, working with construction of new or renovation of existing buildings, wanting more knowledge on energy efficient building and sustainable refurbishment. Researchers, architects, entrepreneurs, and craftsman companies are also welcome. The Seminar is supported by the EU funded SPIN Program, which helps small and medium sized companies with their environmental work aiming to reduce their environmental impact. Presentations of companies and products should be held max 10min. Please send rd your presentation in advance by mail to [email protected] no later than 23 November and bring it as well on a USB stick. Due to limited space there is a possibility to exhibit small 2 samples of products or brochures on max 1m per company. The second Seminar day will be held in Copenhagen and is arranged as a study tour. Lunch will be provided. Please be in time. The bus leaves at 08:40 sharp from the front entrance of the Danish Technological Institute where it will also return at the end of the day. Working language: English /Swedish/Danish Due to the international audience it is preferable to hold the presentations in English.
